As a Senior Interior Designer, you will:

  • Lead and manage luxury residential design projects from concept to completion.
  • Deliver high-quality, custom designs consistent with the company’s aesthetic and standards.
  • Independently and confidently oversee all phases of design, from material selection to construction documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to bring designs to life, ensuring an outstanding service experience.
  • Mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to elevate the entire team.
  • Engage in regular design reviews with the Director of Design, ensuring projects stay on track and on brand.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience at a full-service design or architecture firm, with at least 4 years specifically in luxury residential new construction.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and NCIDQ Certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, and working knowledge of Photoshop.
  • Experience with Studio Designer is a plus (training available).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and luxury customer service skills.
