Title: Senior Interior Designer | Luxury Residential Client : Our client, located in Brooklyn NY, is a contemporary high-end residential design boutique firm responsible for coordination and implementation of all phases of architecture and design from concept through construction and furniture installation. They specialize in the luxury market and are responsible for creating outstanding timeless designs for clients through a simple hands-on approach. Description: They are looking for an interior designer to join their team on a permanent basis. • Assistance with and/or direct oversight of multiple concurrent projects • Creative input on overall design concept and design schemes • Source finishes and FF&E • Extensive knowledge of showrooms and suppliers. • Preparing design drawings for client presentations (furniture plans, layouts, elevations) • Drawing production to include custom millwork details, custom furniture designs, and construction drawings • Coordinating pricing on design projects • Meeting with clients as needed • Oversee construction and installation of materials onsite • Assisting in all aspects of projects and organization Required: • At least 4 years post graduate experience in high end interior design • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture • Completion of at least two high end luxury residential projects in the US from beginning to end • Extensive knowledge of Luxury Design, Finishes, Furniture, Materials, and Manufacturers • Strong conceptual design and design development skills • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop • Motivated and proactive with the ability to work in a high paced environment and manage multiple projects Education: BFA Salary / Hourly: 95-110k, commensurate with experience level Benefits: benefit package
