About the Role
We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to optimize and manage our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring seamless operations across finance, supply chain, and e-commerce.
Responsibilities
- NetSuite Administration: Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of NetSuite ERP to support business needs.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency in finance, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Integration Management: Work with internal and third-party applications and APIs to ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and other business systems.
- User Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and train internal teams on NetSuite best practices.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of NetSuite administration experience, preferably in a CPG, retail, or e-commerce environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integrations.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze business processes and implement effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification is a plus.
