Position : Senior Project Manager (Data Governance)

Location : Phoenix, AZ (REMOTE)

Summary :

• Paradigm Technology is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team and support Data Governance Initiatives
• The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project planning, scope, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget adherence on multiple projects according to the Agile SDLC
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Analytics projects, preferably using Informatica tools
• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services sectors is preferred
• This position is Remote with occasional possible Travel

Responsibilities :

• Be involved in the planning, management, and completion of multiple projects according to the Agile SDLC in a client-facing, consulting role
• Manage a collaborative project team to ensure each key functional project discipline is meeting the planned project scope, schedule, and cost
• Responsible for planning the project to achieve objectives, including developing the project charter, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), estimates, and project plan deliverables
• Responsible for managing the project plan, achieving project objectives, and escalating issues to stakeholders and PMO Management, as necessary
• Responsible for keeping track of purchase orders and vendor changes
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling project scope, schedule, and budget as well as preparing Change Orders as required
• Responsible for preparing project status reports and distributing them to project stakeholders

Qualifications :

• 5-7+ years of Information Technology (IT) Project Management experience using Agile methodologies
• Must have experience with managing Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Analytics projects
• Experience with managing multiple projects under tight delivery timelines and budgets
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps for scheduling and resource planning
• Excellent team player with good collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent real-world work experience will be considered
• Experience with managing projects involving Informatica MDM is preferred
• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services sectors is preferred
• CSM/CSPO/PMP Certifications are preferred
