ABGI USA Talent Solutions Team - Senior Recruiter, Engineering - Houston, TX

ABGI USA, a Group SNEF Company, is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Solutions team with a deep focus on recruiting for engineering and AEC related positions within companies nationwide. This role will support a variety of national and international clients across industries, providing full-cycle recruiting expertise with a focus on specialty and hard-to-fill roles. As a client-facing recruiter and account manager, you’ll partner closely with both clients and offshore sourcing teams to deliver top-tier talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong sourcing strategies, and has a deep command of recruitment technology including LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced ATS platforms. This is a hybrid position based in our Houston, TX headquarters. No remote candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact and account manager for assigned client engagements.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, from intake to offer, across national and international markets.
  • Collaborate with offshore recruiting teams to ensure high-quality candidate delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for specialty and high-impact roles.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other tools to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the ATS and client reporting systems.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide consultative recruitment support.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Represent ABGI USA’s Talent Solutions brand with professionalism and integrity.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of specialty recruiting experience in a professional services or client-facing environment with a focus on engineering and the AEC industry.
  • MUST HAVE Engineering specialty recruiting background!!
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing methodologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating with offshore or remote recruiting teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to consult and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Must be willing and excited to work in a hybrid environment.
  • 10% travel is to be expected.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
