Slatkin + Co. emerged into the Home Fragrance industry in 2017. The brand immediately created buzz and nostalgia for fragrance lovers around the world. HomeWorx by Slatkin + Co. was founded by Harry Slatkin, a talented expert in the industry. Harry established a reputable and leading name in Home Fragrance in the early 90's. As the #1 home fragrance brand in luxury department stores, Slatkin + Co. quickly gained traction internationally. In 2017, Harry partnered with QVC to launch the HomeWorx brand. The first hour show was a complete sell out and has now grown to be the largest Home Fragrance brand at QVC.
Deemed the "King" of home fragrance by The New York Times, Harry Slatkin is recognized worldwide as a leading expert and aficionado in the home fragrance industry today. As an acclaimed "nose" by the American Society of Perfumers, Harry has founded HomeWorx, which is sold at QVC, QVC UK, Target, Ulta, Nordstroms, CVS & more. ScentWorx which is sold at Walmart and Kohls, AromaHome sold at Home Depot, Club92, a home fragrance collection sold in Dollar channel and the latest Dwell 212 sold at QVC. Harry Slatkin has also created home fragrance collections for numerous luxury brands including Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Chopard, and Christian Dior.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We seek a dynamic, driven and innovative Sales Account Manager to help build our in-market retail business. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Account Manager plays a vital role in driving sales growth and customer relationships across our portfolio of brands. This position manages key retailer partnerships across Mass Market, Drug, Grocery, and DIY channels, gaining points of distribution, ensuring effective sales execution and customer satisfaction. Slatkin + Co. is a fast scaling company with a fast paced, pressure driven environment. This individual will be helping with existing retailers, Walmart, CVS, Kroger, Dollar General, while also bringing on new retail partners across mass channels.
