Position Overview:

This role is designed for experienced medical device professionals ready to take on a leadership sales role. The Senior Sales Associate will own territory performance, lead key account strategy, and drive adoption of cutting-edge surgical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a high-performing sales territory with a focus on total joints and robotic-assisted surgery
• Build and maintain surgeon relationships through clinical selling and consultative partnership
• Lead competitive conversions and support capital placement initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical specialists, field trainers, and distributor leadership to achieve goals
• Deliver consistent revenue growth while aligning with company values

Ideal Candidate Has:

• 3+ years of medical device sales experience (orthopedics preferred)
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
• Deep understanding of hospital systems and ASC dynamics
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strategic mindset with strong follow-through
• Open to placement anywhere in MVL geography (AL, MS, TN, FL, KY, and the panhandle of FL)
