We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will take full ownership of our SEO strategy, driving growth in organic traffic, optimizing web properties, and staying ahead of search engine algorithm updates. This is a strategic and hands-on position that requires expertise in SEO best practices, data analysis, and collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development and Execution:
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
• Conduct technical audits and implement solutions to ensure optimal site health and performance.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.

Content Optimization:

• Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, optimized content for blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
• Provide guidelines on keyword usage, metadata, internal linking, and readability.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities to increase search visibility.

Technical SEO:

• Manage site architecture, URL structures, and page speed optimizations.
• Troubleshoot crawl errors, indexation issues, and other technical SEO concerns.
• Work with development teams to implement structured data and schema markup.

Competitor and Market Analysis:

• Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging tools.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Development.
• Present regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior team members in SEO best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in increasing organic traffic and search rankings.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and current SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites (a plus).
