Market Specialist, Service Agreements with Digital

Responsibilities -

• Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.
• Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
• Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed
• Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.

Qualifications -

• Minimum Associate’s degree and 5 years in technical services required.
• IT systems experience required.
• CEMS Systems knowledge and experience highly preferred.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Marketing and/or sales experience, especially with digital services preferred.
• Web applications experience preferred.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
