Summary of Position:

We are seeking an hourly Shipping & Showroom Coordinator to help optimize the transportation and delivery of orders, from procurement to final delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and assist with various showroom duties. This person will coordinate with various departments, suppliers, and shipping carriers to facilitate the smooth flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily packs and ships online and wholesale orders and provides customer service related to shipping and tracking
• Assists the team with shipping and tracking wholesale orders, including selecting carriers and managing transportation routes
• Overseas with production department shipment of all production
• Receives production and communicates any discrepancies to factories and production team
• Identifies and resolves issues that may arise during the logistics process
• Assists with packing for trunk shows and pop-up shop locations
• Monitors inventory levels with regular counts, and handles transfers between both locations in Miami
• Handles store showroom, including but not limited to merchandizing, steaming and pricing
• Assists in the planning of events, photoshoots, and other special projects
• Purchases and tracks office supplies
• Assists with our retail store sales as needed
• Supports CEO and all team members with general needs

Requirements:

• Located in Miami (No remote option)
• Needs to be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative support
• Experience in shipping is a PLUS, or any other familiarity with logistics software and systems
• Spanish speaking is a PLUS
