For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Managing player communication in official media in both Russian and English

• Running the main Telegram channel and creating content for it

• Coordinating outsource comment management team

• Working with feedback through social listening tools

• Organizing and conducting regular community events

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience as SMM / Community Manager / Content Manager (preferably in GameDev)

• Advanced English (C1 or strong B2) and Fluent Russian

• Deep immersion in shooter and mobile gaming culture

• Proficient in PhotoShop/Figma, experience with ChatGPT, CapCut/Premiere

• Experience in moderating and developing gaming communities

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with influencers

• Experience in organizing community events
