Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations to ensure flawless execution of all dishes.
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative team spirit.
  • Build and strictly adhere to high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Develop and test new recipes to keep our menu fresh, competitive, and innovative.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Successfully implement cost control measures to optimize kitchen efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume, reputable restaurant.
  • Outstanding culinary skills with a strong passion for food and hospitality.
  • Ability to determine priorities and effectively manage resources in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen equipment, sanitation regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
