Key Duties :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Provide support and accommodations for students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet each student's needs.
• Engage with families to discuss progress and provide support strategies.

Requirements :

• Valid SC Teaching Certification in Special Education (or the ability to obtain one).
• Passion for working with students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with IEP development and classroom management.
