Key Duties :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide support and accommodations for students with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet each student's needs.
- Engage with families to discuss progress and provide support strategies.
Requirements :
- Valid SC Teaching Certification in Special Education (or the ability to obtain one).
- Passion for working with students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with IEP development and classroom management.
