Job Overview:
Ascendion is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Client Executive – Legal Recruiting to join our dynamic DHR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal recruiting , business development, and client management, with a proven track record of success. This position requires a seasoned recruiter with a portable book of business and experience in full-desk recruitment or strong client-side experience with the ability to grow new business.
The Senior Client Executive will play a critical role in driving business development and expanding Ascendion's footprint in the legal recruiting space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Recruiting: Specialize in recruiting top-tier attorneys, paralegals, and partners, ensuring the best candidates are placed with clients in various legal industries.
- Business Development: Generate new business through proactive outreach, relationship building, and networking to expand Ascendion's client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
- Full Desk Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while driving business growth.
- Revenue Generation: Consistently meet and exceed individual revenue targets, with a history of billing $350K+ annually or achieving Presidents Club status.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with passive talent for current and future client needs.
- Consultative Approach: Provide strategic recruitment advice to clients, understanding their business goals and workforce needs, while offering tailored staffing solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the recruiting team to share best practices, contribute to team goals, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting or a sales-focused role.
- Prior experience in legal recruiting , specifically focusing on attorneys, paralegals, and partners.
- Portable book of business is a plus
- Strong history of consistently billing $350K+ annually or achieving Presidents Club status.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and bringing on new clients.
- Proven experience in full desk recruitment or strong experience on the client side with the ability to grow new business.
- Prior or current agency experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience with HireEasy is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
