About the Role:

Industry leading E-commerce brand seeking a Senior Data Analyst to uncover insights across online marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify) to assess marketing performance and customer buying patterns. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you'll leverage Microsoft Excel and BI tools to analyze sales trends, build interactive dashboards, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze multi-channel sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs across E-commerce, marketplaces, and retail.
• Forecast sales and customer behavior using predictive modeling.
• Assess marketing and trade promotions for effectiveness and ROI.
• Conduct competitive analysis on consumer behavior, pricing, and market trends.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to optimize performance.
• Continuously refine reporting systems to enhance data accessibility and decision-making.
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, driving strategic business initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in eCommerce, marketplace, or retail data analysis
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, marketplace dynamics (Amazon, TikTok), and industry trends.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Strong skills in forecasting, statistical analysis, and performance tracking.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
