Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Health Economics Analyst to lead advanced economic evaluations and health policy analysis initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex health economic analyses including cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, and budget impact models.
• Design and oversee the execution of economic models to evaluate interventions, healthcare policies, and reimbursement strategies.
• Analyze large healthcare datasets (claims, EMRs, public health data) to identify trends, utilization patterns, and cost drivers.
• Develop and present policy briefs, business cases, and recommendations to senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (payers, providers, government agencies) to support strategic initiatives.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of modeling best practices and analytical frameworks.
• Stay abreast of changes in health policy, payer systems, and economic evaluation methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in health economics, health policy, or healthcare analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in modeling software and statistical tools (SAS, R, Python, Power BI).
• Experience working with large healthcare databases (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial claims, or registry data)
• Proven ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for executives and policymakers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
