Are you a Master Data Management (MDM) expert looking to take your career to the next level? Our client, a well-established company based in Irving, TX , is hiring a Senior MDM Data Engineer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge MDM solutions that power smarter, faster business decisions.
This is a direct-hire role with a flexible hybrid schedule – work on-site 4 days a week (Friday is remote), offering the best of both collaboration and convenience.
Comp: Up to $150K depending on candidate experience

What You'll Do:
MDM Solution Design & Architecture:
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into powerful MDM solutions
- Architect robust solutions using Stibo STEP, leveraging built-in features, custom workflows, business rules, and data exports
Hands-On Development:
- Lead development and rollout of scalable Master Data solutions, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and high performance
- Build and enhance complex workflows, rules engines, and JSON exports for seamless integration
Data Modeling & Quality Assurance:
- Design and maintain efficient data models that support scalability and faster time-to-market
- Create methods to monitor data quality and build metrics dashboards around product data
Systems Integration:
- Utilize Azure Data Factory , EventHub , and ETL best practices to feed subscribing systems
- Ensure accurate and well-formatted data exports to platforms like Salesforce , DB2 , and Sterling OMS
Collaboration & Optimization:
- Monitor performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Collaborate across teams and share knowledge to align MDM goals with broader business strategy
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) , preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong expertise in Stibo STEP, Azure Data Factory, EventHub, and e-commerce integrations
- Solid understanding of SQL and cross-database tracking
- Familiarity with analytics or machine learning concepts is a plus
- Knowledge of subscribing system architectures such as Salesforce, DB2, and Sterling OMS
