Job Description:

We seek a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with call center experience, to source talent nationwide. Must excel in resume review, interviewing, and a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment strategies and manage job postings.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Use social media and virtual platforms to source candidates.
• Maintain reports and ensure compliance with hiring practices.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline and enhance hiring tools.
• Support pre-employment screening and onboarding.
• Partner with staffing agencies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Standardize interview processes and improve talent acquisition practices.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of high-volume recruiting experience, call center preferred.
• High school diploma required; degree or HR certifications a plus.
• Proficient in ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
