Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and assess potential candidates to match them with client needs.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively seek new opportunities.
• Understand and document job requirements from clients to ensure accurate candidate matching.
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and offer negotiations.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and platforms to enhance sourcing and outreach efforts.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification for candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a recruiter or in a relevant HR role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
