Job Description
We are looking for a motivated , detail-oriented stock and operations expert to work in our Beverly Hills Boutique. This position is part-time working 20-25 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Organize the stock room (according to the space and to the layout) along with the following areas (sellable merchandise, alterations area, reservation area, paid/delivery area, MTM area, Damages area);
- Keep the stock room in order, understanding the principles of stock organization and having a complete knowledge of the merchandise present in boutique
- Make sure all items are received with correct price
- Conduct cycle counts of merchandise to ensure accurate inventory
- Manage back of house supply inventory and ensure timely order of supplies
- Communicate new merchandise deliveries, schedules and the corresponding stock arrangements to store team
- Main point of contact in preparation and execution of stock counts and both scheduled and random inventory checks
- Participate in regular store activities such as window display change, product training sessions, weekly or monthly store meetings.
- Must be able to lift more than 20 pounds and carry and break down boxes.
- Role requires consistent bending, lifting and standing
- Proficient in MS Suite and able to use Canali's IT systems
