Job Title : Streets Worker Location : burg VA Type : Temporary FullTime
Job Summary : The City of burg is hiring Streets Workers to help maintain and improve our streets and infrastructure. This role includes manual labor street maintenance and work zone setup.
Responsibilities :
Load and unload materials such as gravel and asphalt.
Clean curbs gutters and ditches.
Spread materials by hand for street repairs.
Participate in snow removal operations as needed.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flagger certification required or ability to obtain it.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
