Superintendent - WATER/WASTEWATER

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Superintendent with 6-15 years of experience on Water/Wastewater projects over $10MM . This role will oversee a $250MM project in San Francisco East Bay, California .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily site operations for three projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Supervise and coordinate crew.
• Lead and direct mechanical installations while being adaptable to civil and structural scopes.
• Work closely with project managers to facilitate submittals, procurement, and overall project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all project specifications, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and labor.
• Troubleshoot site issues and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and site progress tracking.

Qualifications

• 6-15 years of experience on public/municipal projects over $10MM.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree required.
• OSHA 10 certification requires .
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• A growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive project success.
• Proficient in using the following software packages: Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with the following software is preferred, but not required: Procore, Primavera P6, Viewpoint Vista, BIM.
