Job Description

- Report to and manage job site daily

- Study, evaluate, and interpret construction drawings with accuracy

- Coordinate work of multiple subcontractors to maintain proper sequence, schedule, and quality

- Work with project team to coordinate materials deliveries to job site

- Plan and ensure all work performed complies with drawings, specification, and project schedule

- Ensure that the most current contract documents are always being used

- Maintain and enforce a quality workmanship program with all subcontractors

- Manage on site job safety.

- Maintain a daily log of all activities and site conditions.

- Understand the use of a computer in the management of the paperwork on the project

- Ensure cleanliness of job site at all times

- Collaborate with Project Manager daily

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the property is in compliance with company standards
  • Work with contractors to complete large renovation projects
  • Familiarize self with multiple building blueprints

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Time management and communication skills
  • Basic budgeting and public safety
