The Surgical Technologist I provides essential support in maintaining a sterile environment and assisting surgeons during various surgical procedures. With a focus on patient safety, this role involves preparing for surgeries and ensuring optimal outcomes while supporting a collaborative team dynamic. Candidates must complete an accredited Surgical Technologist program or possess significant experience, along with necessary certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities:Job Summary
Education
Completion of accredited Surgical Technologist program, achieved national certification in surgical technology preferred, or five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a surgical tech. Cath lab: RCIS certification preferred.
Experience
Must have completed accredited Surgical Technology program, or must have five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a surgical tech, or LPN with one (1) year surgical tech preferred. National Certification is highly preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration/Professional Designation ETC
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained for duration of employment. If Certified Surgical Technologist must have current certification. Current Oklahoma LPN license required, if applicable. Cath lab: ALS training must be achieved within 6 months of hire and maintained throughout duration of employment.
