Talent Acquisition Coordinator

What you should know: Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and start up healthcare organization headquartered in Vancouver, WA as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is a temporary need for an estimated 4-6 months with a possible opportunity to convert to fulltime employment due to rapid company growth. You will work with a team of four Recruiters to support and coordination for their high volume of requisitions. They are a fun team that work collaboratively with a common goal! You will stay busy and be involved in some great projects.They work onsite as a team one day per week, otherwise you will work remote.

A day in the life:

• Interview and candidate travel coordination
• Submit candidate expense reimbursements requests
• Add new candidates to HRIS system maintain accurate data and integrity
• Event support including travel arrangements, preparing and shipping products and candidate follow up post event
• Audit and update candidate records in HRIS system in preparation of new system
• Support testing and evaluation of new ATS and demonstrations
• Work with internal marketing team on social media posts for recruiting marketing
• Sourcing on various candidate platforms such as Indeed

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting as a coordinator or specialist
• Experience in dental or healthcare recruiting highly preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple people with competing priorities required.
• Experience with ATS platforms doing testing and running reports preferred.

Compensation and Benefits : $29-30/HR with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and paid time off. This is a great opportunity to build your network and learn new skills!
