HYBRID: In office (Fort Worth, TX) 2 days/week ** Flexibility expected during key deadlines**

TAX MANAGER or Sr. TAX ACCOUNTANT

Looking for a Tax Manager to join the team. Will be client-facing and hands-on, managing complex tax engagements, reviewing returns, and advising clients on tax planning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns
• Advise high-net-worth clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy
• Mentor and review the work of staff and seniors
• Lead client engagements from start to finish
• Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys, and financial advisors
• Stay current with federal and state tax regulations

What You Bring:

• CPA license required
• 5+ years of public accounting experience with exposure to HNWIs and complex tax scenarios
• Strong technical skills in tax compliance and planning
• Comfortable working directly with clients and advising them strategically
• Experience managing a team and reviewing returns
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
