Performs a variety of patient care activities, assisting with medical treatments, non professional aspects of general Labor and Delivery, assisting by scrubbing during cesarean sections and other related services necessary for the personal needs and comfort of the patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

QualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalent required. Graduate of an approved ORT course preferred.
Experience: Preferable two years of Labor and Delivery experience. At least one year experience as an ORT preferred. Demonstrates knowledge, ability, responsibility, and interest in this job experience.
Licensure, Certification, Registration, etc.: OB Tech certification.
Special Skills, Knowledge: BLS/CPR required . Provide care appropriate for the age of the patient served.
