About the Position:
Optomi, in partnership with a leading technology company, is seeking a highly experienced Test Engineer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and implement a robust automation testing framework from scratch to ensure application quality and scalability.
- Coach and mentor the team on best practices in automation testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge gaps in the current development pipeline.
- Design and execute automated tests using Selenium and Rest Assured.
- Contribute to the development of scalable, maintainable, and reliable test suites.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the scheduling application’s performance and usability.
Must-Have Skills and Requirements :
- Automation Expertise : Deep understanding of automation testing concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
- Framework Development : Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Selenium : Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Rest Assured : Proficiency in API testing and automation.
- Java : Strong programming skills, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience working with Azure-based applications.
- Familiarity with migrating legacy applications to modern platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
