About the role:

The Sportsbook Agents (Ticket Writers) play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience at our sportsbook. You will process wagers, answer questions, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience as a ticket writer in a sportsbook preferred.
• 2+ years of cash handling work experience in a casino required.
• Must be 21+ years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
• Willingness to be trained and learn new technology.
• Strong attention to detail, focused on compliance, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Part-time or full-time position available.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand at the sportsbook counter for a prolonged period of time; 8+ hour shift.
• Regularly lift, move, push, and pull objects weighing at least 30 pounds without assistance.
• The noise level in the work environment can be loud and smoky.
