Large Multi-Billion dollar International pharmaceutical plastics manufacturer located in the Atlanta Georgia area is looking for a Tooling Manager ***** Full Relocation Package included *****
JOB DUTIES
- Oversee predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance and repairs on all tooling and fixtures and other special equipment required to meet and maintain customer specifications as well as the cost efficiency.
- Monitor tooling suppliers to ensure timely delivery of outsourced work. Provide progress reports to customers as required
- Provide support to troubleshoot and solve Issues
- Define and maintain predictive and preventive maintenance schedules to injection mold machines and equipment
- Set and maintain tooling budgets
- Strong Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing skills
REQUIRED
- 5+ years tool making experience
- 2+ years working with Injection Mold thermosets (machines / equipment)
- 1+ year supervisory / manager experience
