ARNAZ Towing is one of the fastest-growing roadside assistance providers in Metro Detroit. We perform light duty towing and emergency roadside services to stranded motorists.
Roadside Assistance Technician Responsibilities:
Roadside Assistance services: Tire Changes, Lockouts, Battery Install, Jump Starts, Fuel Delivery, etc.
Troubleshoot and perform light service repairs using scanners and other tools.
Provide customer service, communicate and accommodate customers
Battery testing, and on-site battery replacement/installation
Meet Service level agreements, assigned ETA's
Maintains equipment in good safe working order; maintains an inventory of tools and products to ensure all service calls can be completed.
Qualifications
~2+ years towing and/or Roadside Assistance experience required.
~ General knowledge and/or experience in automotive repair
~ A Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
~ Good written and verbal communication skills.
~ Positive attitude, team-oriented, high energy, and the willingness to succeed
