I have a client looking for a Traveling Repair Technician in the Toledo Ohio/South Michigan area (company vehicle included) .
BASE ($43,000) plus COMMISSION on all repairs! First year salary is $60k - $70k
Requirements are:
Must have recent experience with Calibration tools
Knowledge of Pneumatic tools, schematics, tolerance standards, testing standards for metal surfaces
Must also have some basic personal tools such as screw drivers, pliers, etc
Self-Reliant – will work alone or with another person frequently
Physical ability to lift 50 – 75 pounds
Due to the environment of client sites, must be able to wear a respirator without facial hair causing any leaks
Able to travel 50% - 70% of the week to client sites to repair equipment
MUST have clean driving record in order to be placed on employers insurance policy
MUST be able to pass a Criminal Background & a 10 Panel Drug screen (Hair Follicle)
Job will require 2 weeks of training at the corporate location (travel & accommodations are paid for by client)
This is NOT a sales job, strictly repair of equipment
