Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager for our client, Japanese based company in food industry, to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for multitasking. This role requires a blend of leadership, clerical expertise, and financial acumen to manage various office functions effectively.

Experiences of Time and Attendance Management with any payroll soft preferred.

Full-time :8:30am-5:00pm

Salary:$69,400-$72,000

Responsibilities:

Time and Attendance Managemen t :

Oversee the collection, review, and verification of weekly time cards for payroll processing.

Administer and maintain accurate records of employee leave balances (vacation, sick, etc.) and ensure compliance with company policy.

Performance & Compliance: Oversee work performance (A/R, A/P, etc.) and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Workplace Management: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, coordinating repairs, supplies, and safety initiatives.

Problem Resolution: Address issues affecting productivity, safety, or harmony in coordination with senior management.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years, successful administrative experience required, 3 or more of which in a managerial role preferred
• Familiar with Japanese business and Asian food culture preferred
• Experiences of time and attendance management with payroll soft such as ADP
• Associate's degree or equivalent is required.
