🎥 Marketing Assistant (Video Production) – Hybrid – Minneapolis, MN

💼 What You'll Do:

• 🎬 Shoot and edit video content for training, executive communications, and external campaigns
• 🛠 Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects , and other Adobe Creative Suite programs
• 🗂 Manage digital assets with precision—organize, archive, and label like a pro
• 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams including HR, Marketing, and Exec Comms
• ⚡ Support rapid-response content such as outage updates or urgent internal comms
• 💡 Lead studio shoots, including setup and lighting—professionalism required when working with executives

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 2–7 years of hands-on experience in video production/editing (corporate or freelance)
• A killer portfolio or reel that showcases your shooting, editing, and storytelling skills
• Self-motivated and organized—can manage projects solo but also play well with teams
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro (bonus if you know After Effects too!)
• Comfortable operating in a corporate environment with executive-facing projects

• Drone certification ✈️
• Animation or motion graphics skills 🎨
• Experience creating for social media platforms 📱
