Our photographers and videographers focus solely on capturing high-quality content— no editing required. All footage is uploaded to our internal editing team for post-production to maintain our signature consistency and quality.

We are seeking 4K real estate media professionals to capture high-quality video, photography, and drone content for residential, multifamily (1-5 units), commercial, and retail properties.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Capture 4K real estate listing videos – including interior, exterior, aerial drone, and surrounding points of interest.

✅ Take high-quality 4K photos using Auto Exposure Bracketing (AEB) for maximum detail.

✅ Shoot drone video & photography (FAA Part 107 license required).

✅ Follow specific shot directions and ensure all files are uploaded the same day after each shoot.

This role is strictly shoot-and-upload. No editing required.

💼 Contract Position (with potential for full-time as the market expands).

📸 Photography: $75 per real estate photo shoot (1 - 1.5 hours, no editing).

🎥 Videography: $250 per real estate video shoot (4 - 5 hours, no editing).

⏳ Additional Work: $50/hr for tasks beyond standard shoots.

✅ Experience in 4K real estate photography & videography (portfolio required).

✅ Proficiency in shooting AEB photography for high-dynamic-range (HDR) results.

✅ FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot License (for drone work).

✅ Ability to work in Tampa Bay and consistently deliver professional-quality work.

✅ Professional 4K equipment (camera, gimbal, drone, etc.).
