How You’ll Make an Impact

• Organize, maintain, and repair ITC and client-owned inventory
• Manage check-in/check-out, load-in/load-out, ensuring all gear meets operational and visual standards
• Troubleshoot and perform minor equipment repairs
• Keep the warehouse running smoothly under the direction of the Warehouse Manager
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
• Drive company vehicles as needed to support project delivery
• Contribute ideas to help refine and improve internal systems and processes
• Communicate clearly about task timelines, escalating issues when needed

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean driving record with ability to obtain a Missouri Class B license
• Laser-focused attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and a drive to learn inventory systems
• Experience with Flex Rental Solutions or Exhibit Force is a plus
• Clear, confident communicator who thrives in a team environment
• Grace under pressure and a problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility to work nonstandard hours when needed
• A collaborative spirit—someone who builds up teammates and shares the win
• Applicants local to the St. Louis area preferred
