Responsibilities:
- Plans, directs, and oversees most warehouse/operational functions
- Developing leaders out of hourly associates
- Monitor KPI metrics and analyze operational variables and implement solutions that positively impact performance
- Ensures on-time delivery of products and services
- Ensures warehouse operations meet or exceed safety and regulatory standards
Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience in the logistics field (3+ years)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong financial acumen for planning and scheduling
-Conveyable experience and packing is a plus
- Confident decision maker that has a go-getter mentality
