Slakey Brothers has an immediate opening for a
Warehouse Supervisorat our location in Reno, NV! Schedule Monday - Friday Full Time Pay Range $70,000-$85,000 based on experience
Day-to-Day Warehouse Supervisor Activities - Supervise the day-to-day warehousing, delivery, and customer service functions of the Distribution Center
- Lead team building and implement continuous education processes for all DC Team Members
- Establish objective and measurable goals and clearly communicate these goals and standards to the DC Team
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards fellow Team Members and customers
- Suggest and implement improvements in warehouse cost management, best practices and operational process design and implementation
Warehouse SupervisorRequirements - High school diploma or GED
- AA degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong decision making abilities and able to recognize, resolve, or escalate issues appropriately
- Strong communication. people management, and time management skills
