Warehouse Supervisor

Full time

Must be open to 1st or 2nd Shift

Major Primary Duties:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through the receipt and movement of finished goods.
• Organize the warehouse efficiently.
• Determine the proper shipping method, balancing customer needs and organizational goals.
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
• Help prepare and plan for strategic initiatives.
• Utilize automation in operations aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Implement Lean processes in the organization.
• Process bi-weekly payroll, including schedule entry/revisions, missed punches, leave requests, and other payroll processes.
• Meet daily staffing requirements by posting the weekly schedule.
• Review daily attendance of warehouse employees and follow up with any absent employees.
• Address minor issues related to interpersonal conflict or procedural disruption.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Key Competencies:

• B.A./B.S. in Business or an equivalent
• 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong work ethics with an attention to detail.
