Job Description

Arddun Agency are a London based Womenswear wholesale agency specialising in the Luxury and Advanced Contemporary world. We are looking for a Wholesale Manager to join our growing US team working closely with our US retailers to drive a healthy wholesale business. We are small but fast growing team that are close-knit and we aim to provide a nurturing and enjoyable place to work and are looking for a candidate that shares our core qualities of humble, hungry and inquisitive!

The job description for this role includes:

  • Driving and growing all new business in your territory
  • Project managing all events in your territory
  • Seek out and develop commercial opportunities including exclusives, capsules and collaboration projects for the brands in the portfolio
  • Identify trunk show opportunities, execute in full and attend local trade shows where appropriate
  • Working closely with the wider team, based in the USA and internationally 
  • Build out wholesale sales forecast by brand and by account prior to each sales campaign
  • Ensure all information needed is communicated with retailers to receive sales orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure each new retailers terms are negotiated as best as possible to ensure each brand is protected in terms of sell through guarantees and trade discounts
  • Ensure all feedback, good and bad, is noted and collated to be shared with each brand and internal team
  • Oversee and ensure the sales order overview is kept up to date and accurate
  • Ensure each new account is successfully set up with the relevant brand in a timely and organised manner
  • Build and present end of season sales report for new business retailers that can be shared internally and with brand partners
  • Support where needed to ensure shipments go out in a timely manner
  • Review weekly sell through report to identify any opportunities or concerns to be shared with the brand and acted upon
  • Visit key retail partners on a regular basis and conduct product training seasonally
  • Happy to work remotely and independently

This candidate will have the following experience:

  • 5+ years in Luxury and Advanced Contemporary wholesale
  • Able manage their own time & work remotely
  • Particular experience in USA business
  • Excellent understanding of excel
  • Independent and can manage own schedule, travel and diary
  • Analytically minded
  • Impeccable attention to detail
