Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative based out of the Sarasota / Bradenton Florida area to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening new sales accounts in our local territory, maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth within the wholesale market. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed, we want to hear from you! This is a commission based job with high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Account Acquisition: Identify and open new sales accounts within our local territory on a monthly basis through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with clients obtained to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our product offerings and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-paced environment to meet deadlines and goals.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $18/hour Plus Commission
  • Commission: Additional income through sales commissions on all sales made & bonus incentives
