Since our founding in 2000, we have continued to grow. We are involved in engineering and consulting projects worldwide and currently have offices in Spain, the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Portugal, Mexico, and Brazil.

We are looking for Electromechanical Supervisors with experience in renewable energy projects to join our International Energy Technical Assistance team in different states across the United States.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise the planning, organization, and control of the electromechanical assembly process.
• Ensure that contractors comply with construction standards by using the appropriate communication channels with different subcontractors.
• Identify and report potential deviations within the scope of the various subcontractors.
• Oversee the application of established quality control procedures.
• Analyze, manage, and interpret structural steel specifications and drawings.
• Ensure quality standards are met on-site and that contractors adhere to deadlines.
• Monitor contractor productivity and compliance with work schedules.
• Confirm and report contractor progress.
• Conduct inspections and quality reports to ensure proper installation according to assembly manuals and drawings.
• Comply with the safety, quality, and environmental requirements defined in the Management Plans and Execution Procedures, ensuring adherence to these requirements for risk control, customer compliance, and proper environmental performance.

What we’re looking for :

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience supervising electromechanical works, preferably in renewable energy projects, such as photovoltaic plants and wind farms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license.
