1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd shift WIRE ASSEMBLERS, Maryland Heights MO

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Control Panel Wire Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you'll contribute to the fabrication and assembly of control panels, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and precise wiring and construction. You'll work alongside industry experts and collaborate with leadership to support our mission of delivering top-tier automation solutions.

Shift Differentials for 2 nd and 3 rd shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire components efficiently while maintaining high accuracy and adherence to manufacturing specifications.
• Measure, fit, and adjust parts using proper hand and power tools.
• Perform drilling, tapping, countersinking, and reaming to ensure precision in component placement.
• Attach identification labels and nameplates to assembled products.
• Interpret technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders to execute panel assembly.
• Disassemble units when necessary to replace parts or prepare them for shipment.
• Clean and lubricate parts and subassemblies to optimize performance and longevity.
• Communicate with management regarding equipment defects or assembly concerns.
• Rotate through various stations as needed to support production needs.
• Complete assigned projects within allotted timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Underwriter Laboratories (UL) specifications and safety protocols.
• Follow company policies and operational guidelines with precision.
• Build strong relationships through daily contributions, showcasing expertise and commitment to excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance.
• Technical Skills: 3 years experience
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams.
  • Experience with wiring, assembly, and fabrication techniques .
  • Strong understanding of measuring tolerances using precision instruments.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, wire cutters, saws, drills, and grinders.
• Software Technology Proficiency:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
