Job Title: Mobile Associate

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

Shift: Varying hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Location: Support across 7–8 client locations in Boston, MA (Seaport and Back Bay District)

Forrest Solutions is looking for a Mobile Associate to join our dynamic team! This is a client-facing, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, adapts easily to change, and takes pride in delivering top-tier service.

As a Mobile Associate, you’ll be the face of Forrest Solutions across multiple high-profile client sites in Boston, providing key support in imaging services, reception, and facilities operations. Flexibility is essential, as your shift times will vary between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM based on location needs. Professional business attire is required daily to reflect our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain photocopiers, scanners, printers, and finishing equipment in accordance with company SOPs.
  • Deliver warm, enthusiastic customer service to clients and colleagues alike, embodying a can-do attitude.
  • Perform high-quality document production and finishing tasks (binding, hole-punching, stapling, etc.).
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure flawless output.
  • Support front desk reception, warmly welcoming visitors and maintaining a polished, professional environment.
  • Assist with back-of-house operations to ensure clean, organized, and fully stocked workspaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams or operate independently across 7–8 Boston locations.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and conduct light preventative maintenance.
  • Monitor supply levels and request/order replenishments as needed.
  • Assist with general office support, including hospitality, records management, mailroom services, and meeting room clean-up.
  • Adapt to evolving client needs and shifting priorities with a proactive, service-first mindset.

What You Bring:

  • A bubbly, professional personality with a true love for client interaction and helping others.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
  • Experience in imaging/copy services, reception, or similar customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with basic office equipment and technology.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during a shift.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between Boston-area locations (Seaport & Back Bay).
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail at all times.
  • A flexible, team-first mindset with the confidence to work independently when needed.
