Russell Tobin's client, a manufacturing company, is hiring a Claims Coordinator in Mason, OH.

Job Title: Claims Coordinator (Temporary Position)

Location: Mason, OH 45040 (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $15 - $17.86/hour

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Assignment Length: Through 12/31/2025

Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Claims Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have basic experience in data entry or claims processing and a strong customer service mindset. This role involves accurately processing standard claims and adjustments while supporting various internal claims-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process standard claims and adjustments with high accuracy
• Ensure compliance with production, cycle time, and quality standards
• Assist in basic claims projects and network-related efforts
• Adapt quickly to changes in processes, plan designs, or benefit structures
• Collaborate with supervisors and internal teams to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain performance in key metrics (accuracy, productivity, timeliness)
• Participate in required compliance and security trainings

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• 0–1 year of claims processing or data entry experience
• Proficiency with standard office software, including Excel and Access
• Familiarity with third-party benefits administration is a plus
• Basic understanding of claims processing systems (training provided)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Work Environment:

• Initial period is fully onsite (5 days/week)
• Potential for hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote), depending on performance and business needs – not guaranteed
