Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Project Manager located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Commercial Project Manager will oversee and manage commercial projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring contract compliance. The role involves regular communication both internally and externally, ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget.

  • Experience in Budgeting and Finance for managing project finances
  • Proficiency in Contract Management to ensure compliance and manage contractual obligations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in project management and a proven track record of successful project delivery-
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, plans, drawings, specifications and project schedules
  • Knowledgeable in all construction trades and understand construction terms and concepts
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients, architects/engineers and other team members in a professional manner
  • Must be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgement and discretion
  • Proficiency with technology, to include computers, smart phones and/or tablets, computer programs including Excel, Word and construction industry software
  • Ability to train subordinates and provide guidance to progress in career growth
  • Ability to manage a project team when needed
  • 3+ years of large commercial project experience.
