WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO WELL:

• Physically manage, oversee, and schedule all phases of the construction process on multiple homes.
• Manage subcontractors and construction sites.
• Maintain and exceed the high-quality standards and timeframes set by the company.
• Interact with local governing jurisdictions to obtain all required inspections and approvals.

YOU WILL BE AN AWESOME ADDITION TO THE TEAM IF:

• You are organized, detail-oriented, have an eye for quality, and are determined to succeed.
• You have a solid understanding of building plans and specifications.
• You have a minimum of 3+ years of project management experience in residential or commercial construction.
• You act with integrity and maintain great relationships with all parties throughout the build process.
• You are a self-starter and self-motivated to “figure it out” without being told what to do.
• You are excited to work with one of the top homebuilders in the valley.
