Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and metrics-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process in the Corporate & Field Leadership space, ensuring a positive candidate experience and attracting top talent to our organization. The Talent Acquisition Partner acts as a consultant to business leaders and will take an active role in developing tactics to attract highly qualified talent to our growing organization.

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced recruitment professional with experience directly supporting and advising senior and executive leaders. They bring expertise and best practices to the business and are skilled in advanced talent search techniques.

Key Responsibilities

As the Talent Acquisition Partner , you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer and also supports an outstanding experience for new hires as they enter the organization. Other responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and developing effective recruitment strategies
  • Maximizing the use of available technology, tools, and resources to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Leveraging technology to conduct thorough candidate assessment
  • Performing phone screens to evaluate skills, experience, and mutual fit between candidates and opportunities within the Company
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, department managers, and executives
  • Liaising with Business leaders and HR Leaders in Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition to facilitate appropriate negotiations of offers as needed
  • Ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and into the new hire's first weeks
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Supervising teams of recruiters as needed and providing coaching and development to ensure replication of best practices and continual adherence to company standards for recruitment productivity and quality of candidate slates
  • Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics for themselves and their teams to ensure accountability for achievement of staffing results

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment supporting corporate, specialized, and leadership roles
  • 1+ year of experience supervising others
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
