TITLE: DATA ENTRY CLERK II
ABOUT THE JOB: We are seeking experienced candidates for a position as a Data Entry Clerk II within an purchasing department. You will be responsible for providing a range of customer service and administrative support for the team. This includes verifying and accurately entering all invoices to the software, processing invoices to the correct entity, communication with vendors, data entry, and other projects as assigned.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative/data entry support
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Accurate data entry/typing skills
• Detail Orientation is a priority & Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
