Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our end users. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving desktop hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth daily operations. The Desktop Support Specialist will also play a key role in optimizing and documenting IT processes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering outstanding support to all employees.
This position requires excellent technical knowledge, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to streamline the process.
